- 24 sm. frozen dinner rolls
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 pkg. (1/3 c.) butterscotch pudding (not instant)
- 1/4 c. cinn/sugar mixture (1 Tblsp. cinn.)
- 1/2 c. Karo syrup
Cooking time 35mins
Butter bundt pan. Place rolls in pan. Sprinkle w/ brown sugar and drizzle butter over it. Sprinkle w/pecans, pudding, c/s mixture & Karo syrup. Cover w/aluminum foil & let rise for 8 hrs. or overnight on counter top. Bake @ 350 for 35 mins. Invert on plate (be careful as there is lots of liquid).
Tip: I lay aluminum foil lightly on top when it is baking as it tends to get too brown. It also spills over into oven creating a big mess so put foil around outside edges of pan before you let it rise creating a higher pan side.
