Au Gratin Potatoes

In a saucepan, prepare a double recipe of the white sauce
- 2 cups Basic White Sauce (recipe also in Recipe Finder)
- 1-1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Add cooked and crumbled bacon if desired
Spaghetti Squash

In 1 squash half, combine brown sugar, 3 tbsp
- 1 large ( 4lbs.) spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Tuna Casserole

Saute onions and celery in butter or margarine
- 1-13 oz. can tuna - drained
- 1/4 lb. yellow American or Velveeta Cheese
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 or 4 stalks celery, sliced or diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 box wide noodles
Barbecue Beef Cups

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

- 50 mini pretzel squares

Turkey Macaroni Bake

In a large bowl, combine the turkey, macaroni, 1-1/2 cups cheese, soup, milk, mushrooms and pepper
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1-1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (8 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Vegetable Garden Dip

Combine all ingredients; chill at least 2 hours
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped radishes
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 c. chopped, unpeeled cucumber
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash pepper and garlic salt
Hot Dog Pie

In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 4 hot dog, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
- 1 can (16 ounces) baked beans
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
- 1 unbaked deep-dish pastry shell (9 inches)
- 4 slices American cheese
Creamy Chicken & Corn Chowder

In large skillet, melt butter, add celery, garlic, and onion and cook until tender
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 /-1/4 cups diced onion
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts (3 cups) cooked and shredded
- 2 bay leaves
- 2-1/2 cups corn, frozen, thawed to room temperature
- 3 Russet potatoes, medium (I used canned diced Del Monte)
- 1-1/2 cups half & half or milk
- 1-1/2 cups red pepper, diced optional
- salt & pepper
Parmesan Crusted Chicken

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
