1. Soak bread in warm water to cover for 5 minutes
- 1/2 small loaf stale Italian bread, torn into 2-1/2 in. chunks
- 1/2 lb. 80% lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground veal
- 1/4 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- Kosher salt and peper
- 4-5 cups your favorite marinara sauce
SANDWICH, PEANUT BUTTER/APPLE/BACON

Prepare the turkey bacon according to the package directions Toast the muffin
- 1 Whole wheat or oat bran English muffin whole wheat bread
- 1 tbls. peanut butter
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 1 small sliced apple
Pork Tenderloin

In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 4 tsps. brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pork tenderloin (3/4 pound)
Cheeseburger Soup***

In a 3-qt. saucepan, brown beef; drain and set aside
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups diced peeled potatoes (1-3/4 lbs.) *I have used DelMonte cans
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (8 ounce) Velveeta Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3-4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Spinach Salad (The Magnolia Hotel's)

For dressing: Combine ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid and shake well
- Dressing:
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 cup oil
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- Salad:
- 1 large bunch fresh spinach, washed thoroughly, patted dry and torn into bite-size pieces
- 1-8-ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup (or more) chopped cooked bacon
- 2 hard cooked eggs, grated.
Lemony Grilled Salmon Fillets with Dill Sauce

1. Trim both ends from lemons; cut lemons into thick slices
- Lemon-Dill Sauce:
- 2 medium lemons
- 4 salmon fillets (6oz. each)
- 1-1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 tsp. butter
- 3 lemon slices, quartered
- 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Dash cayenne peper
Extremely Easy Taco Bake

Combine chili, corn, Velveeta and tomatoes in large bowl
- 2 cans (15 oz.) Hormel Chili with or without beans
- 1 box (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta Cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 6 oz. crushed tortilla chips (about 7 cups), divided
Meatloaf (Bob Evans Sausage)

Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl, add sausage, cheese, oatmeal, 1/4 cup ketchup, onion and egg
- 1 lb. Bob Evans Original Recipe Roll Sausage
- 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup ketchup, divided
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1 egg
Never Fail Pie Crust

Mix water, vinegar and egg; set aside
- 5 T. water
- 1 T. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. (heaping) shortening
- 1 t. salt.
Lemon Cake

GREASE AND FLOUR TUBE PAN
- DRESSING:
- 3 oz. lemon jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- DISSOLVE TOGETHER
- 1 Lemon Supreme Duncan Hines Cake Mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 cup Wesson Oil
- MIX WELL
- 1-1/2 CUPS 10x SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE (ABOUT 2-1/2 LEMONS)
- MIX WELL UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED
