Instructions with ingredients

  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Mix and set aside.
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups scalded milk
  • Boil until it makes thin custard.
  • Add gelatin and cool.
  • Take 2 egg whites and beat until stiff and fold into custard.
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Beat until stiff.
  • Fold into custard mixture.
  • Pour over 2 cups Angel Food Cake broken into pieces.
