Coconut Crunch Cookies

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy
- 1 cup of butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsps. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 pkg. (11-12 oz.) milk chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 cups finely chopped almonds
Crescent Chicken Squares

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. melted margarine
- 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. melted margarine
- 3/4 c. crushed seasoned croutons
- 8 oz. pkg. Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
Pensey Sandwich Sprinkle

- 1 T. Penzey Sandwich Sprinkle
- 1 T. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/3 C. oil
Hearty Macaroni Casserole

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions
- 1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) macaroni and cheese dinner mix
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 cups (8oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup French-fried onions
Sour Cream Rolls

Cover bowl and let rise in the refrigerator overnight
- Add to mixture:
- 1/2 cup butter (softened/melted)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 packages yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (if using cake yeast, dissolve in this water)
- Mix in:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Pumpkin Cupcakes

Mix and bake at 350 degress for 20 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 1 box of spice cake mix
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
Macaroni & Cheese Casserole

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare dinner as directed on package
- 1-14 oz. package Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Cheese Meatballs

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients
- 3 cups (12 ounces) finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup biscuit/baking mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
Ribs

Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; sprinkle with pepper
- 2 racks pork baby back ribs (about 4-1/2 lbs.)
- 1-1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2-1/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup cherry preserves
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Vidalia Onion Casserole

- 5 med. Vidalia onions, sliced
- 1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
- 1 stack Ritz crackers from sm. size box, crumbled
- Grated Parmesan cheese
