Pineapple Cheeseball

Combine all ingredients in kitchen aid, form into ball, and roll into chopped pecans
- 16 (2 boxes) oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 (1 can) fl oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c finely chopped read and green bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp finely chopped green onions
- 2 tsp seasoned salt, to taste
- 1 c chopped pecans
Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pulls

Using a sharp bread knife cut the bread going both directions
- 1 unsliced loaf of (round is preferable) sourdough bread
- 8-12 oz cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
- 3 oz bag Oscar Mayer Real Bacon bits
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
Sausage Green Bean Bake

In a large bowl, combine the spaghetti sauce, sausage, beans and mushrooms; mix well
- 3-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1-1/2 pounds Johnsonville® Mild Italian Sausage links, cooked and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen cut green beans
- 2 jars (4-1/2 ounces each) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Hawaiian Mochi Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9X13 baking pan
- 1 lb box of mochiko flour (3 cups equivalent)
- 2 1/2 cups of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 14 oz cans of coconut milk - not lowfat (I used two cans of 13.5 oz)
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 stick of butter (1/4 cup of butter) melted and slightly cooled
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Peach Mango Pineapple White Sangria

Combine first three ingredients in a large pitcher and stir until sugar dissolves
- 1 bottle white wine (chardonnay, pinot grigio, sauvignon blanc, or similar)
- 1/3 cup peach schnapps
- 1/4 cup sugar, or to taste (or stevia, agave, or another sweetener)
- 3/4 cup mango chunks, frozen (you could use fresh but save money and buy frozen, plus they act as “ice cubes”)
- 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, canned
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice (use whatever is in the can)

- 1/2 cup Crisco Shortening (butter flavor)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 6 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 bag Cadbury miniature eggs (10 oz bag)
Lemon Monkey Bread

- Glaze:
- 12 Rhodes dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) room temperature butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 containers of Dolci dipping chocolate (or 12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips)
Pear Pie Pop Tarts

1. Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl
- Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 sticks of butter, really cold and cubed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 water, ice cold
- 1 egg with 1 tablespoon milk ( for egg wash)
- Pie Filling:
- 2 Bosc pears, diced
- 3/4 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Cinnamon Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon whole milk
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
