Dilly Veggie Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water
- DRESSING:
- 2-3/4 cups uncooked medium shell pasta
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced green pepper
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Irish Dirt Cake

Make a dessert that everyone will love! Irish Dirt Cake is a great treat for any party or gathering
- 2 (6-ounce) cartons Yoplait French Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 (1-ounce) packet sugar-free white chocolate pudding
- 1/2 cup (or a 100 milliliter bottle) Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur (if making this family style, just use 1/4 cup of milk instead)
- 8 ounces extra-creamy whipped topping
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 1/2 cups Lucky Charms
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cake Balls

Prepare cake batter and bake as directed
- 1 box Duncan Hines strawberry cake mix, prepared and baked
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese frosting (homemade or 1 can of prepared)
- 6 ounces high quality white, dark or milk chocolate (I often use Ghiradelli or Lindt)
- additional pink food coloring if desire (I used a drop for a more pink look)
- sprinkles, decorations, etc
Strawberry Balsamic Pizza with Roasted Chicken, Sweet Onion and Applewood Smoked Bacon

1. Place pizza stone or sheet pan on middle rack of oven
- 1/2 cup good quality strawberry jam or preserves, I use The Cafe's Strawberry Freezer Jam or the Strawberry-Pineapple Freezer Jam from this site - use your favorite
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha Chili Sauce
- 1 ball pizza dough, your favorite, this recipe or a purchased ball of dough*
- 1 cup diced or shredded chicken breast, from rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken of any kind
- 1/2 cup applewood smoked bacon, cut in 1 inch pieces, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup thin sliced sweet onion
- 12 ounces shredded Italian blend cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced small
Nutella Popsicles

Place all ingredients in a blender
- 1 cup COOL WHIP
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp. Nutella
Coconut Joy Bites

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate
Hummingbird Cake

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups chopped bananas

- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
White Chocolate S'mores Gooey Cake Bars

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 4 1/2 full graham crackers
- 10 ounce bag white chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Filipino Chicken Barbecue

In a large container that can hold the chicken pieces, combine all ingredients except chicken
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 bay leaves, torn or crushed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon finely ground black pepper
- 12 oz. 7-Up or Sprite
- 5 pounds chicken leg quarters or your preferred chicken pieces, preferably dark meat, cleaned and trimmed of excess fat
Irish Cream Pound Cake With Irish Cream Glaze

Preheat oven to 325. Spray a 12 cup fluted pan with not stick spray with flour
- 1 1/2 - cups butter
- 2 - cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 - cup granulated sugar
- 5 - large eggs
- 3 - cups all purpose flour
- 1 - teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 3/4 - cup whole milk
- 1/4 - cup Irish cream liqueur or Irish cream syrup (Torani brand)
