Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- For the Topping
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Coarse salt
- For the Cake
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for buttering pan
- 1 pound rhubarb, trimmed and cut on a very sharp diagonal about 1/2 inch thick
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- Coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange zest plus 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Cookies 'n Crescent Sweet Rolls

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 9-inch round cake pan or glass pie plate with cooking spray
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 6 inches Pillsbury® refrigerated chocolate chip cookies (from 16.5-oz roll)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 to 4 teaspoons milk
Snickerdoodle Pie

Preheat oven to 350o F. Prepare pastry and line 9" pie plate
- 1 rolled refrigerated unbaked piecrust or your favorite homemade pie crust (9")
- 1 Tablespoon raw sugar or coarse sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
- 1/2 cup butter plus 1 Tablespoon, divided(some softened, some melted)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 2 Tablespoons light colored corn syrup
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Ham It Up Spaghetti

Cook spaghetti according to package directions
- 1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1-3/4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham (about 1 pound)
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Pear Spice Muffins

Preheat oven to 375. Grease muffin cups or line with baking cups
- 2 C unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 C quick cooking oats
- 1 C firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 C (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground all spice
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 C milk
- 1 C grated and peeled pear (about 2 medium pears)
Nutty Chocolate-Irish Cream Cookies

You can put away the green dye for this festive recipe
- 1 package Pillsbury® Ready to Bake!™ refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1/3 cup Hershey’s® baking cocoa
- 4 tablespoons Irish cream-flavored coffee syrup, or Irish cream-flavored creamer
- 1 1/4 cups Fisher® Deluxe Mixed Nuts, chopped
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® unsalted or salted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
Strawberry Mango Salsa

Wash and carefully small dice the fruit
- 2 quarts fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
- 1 fresh mango, diced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam (the homemade freezer variety is best but use what you’ve got!)

Cook puddings according to package directions and refrigerate until cool
- 1 package cook and serve coconut creme pudding
- 1 package cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 2 pounds strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 angel food cake
- 3 mangoes, diced
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 2 T sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
White Cheddar Chicken Pasta

For the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- For the chicken:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 T fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 T olive oil
- For the pasta:
- 1 pound rotini or other short cut pasta
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 8 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups milk (I used skim milk but mixed in about 2 T heavy cream)
- 1 T fresh thyme
- 1 T fresh oregano
- Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
M & M Cookie Pie

- 1 cup + 1 tbs AP Flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter softened (I used "light" country spread)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
