- 2/3 c. (150ml.) light sour cream

- 5 slice bacon, cooked
- 2 Idaho potatoes peeled and diced 1/2 inch
- 6 oz. fresh string beans, 1 inch pieces

- 1/2 tsp. each dried thyme and dried oregano
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3 cans chopped or minced clams

Combine flour and sugar, then butter until the mixture clumps together
- 1 cup (250ml.) all purpose flour

- 1/3 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. each freshly ground pepper and nutmeg
- 2 cups light cream
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and cooked
- 1/4 lb. crab meat cooked
- 1/4 lb. large scallops, cooked and cut in quarters
- 3/4 lb. swiss cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
Ramen Taco Salad

- 1/2 cup hot restaurant sauce
