In bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth
- 8 oz. (250g) cream cheese softened
- 2c. (500ml) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sweet red pepper, diced
- 1/3c. (75ml) chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp.(15ml) minced fresh or pickled jalapeno pepper
- 1 tsp.(5ml) chili powder
- 1 tsp.(5ml) ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp.(2ml) pepper
- 8 flour tortillas

Hoisin Pork Noodle Bowl

In a medium bowl, toss together pork, vinegar and soy sauce
- 1 lb. (500g) boneless pork steaks, trimmed of excess fat and cut into thin strips
- 2 tbsp. (25ml.) each rice or white vinegar and low sodium soy sauce

- 1/4 c. (50ml.) each hoisin sauce, orange juice and no salt added chicken broth

- 8 strips of bacon (6 for the salad and 2 for the topping) cooked and crumbled
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- salt to taste
