Coarsely chop garlic. Place in a food processor
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups (500ml.) frsh basil leaves
- 1 cup (250ml.) crumbles feta cheese
- 2 tbsp. (30ml.) olive oil
- 1 small loaf whole wheat or focaccia
- 8 - 10 thin slices deli cooked ham
Saucy Slow Cooker Party Wings

Heat oven to 400F. Place chicken on foiled covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray
- 3 lbs. chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
- 1 cup kraft sweet and spicy barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp. honey
Zesty Grilled vegetables

Preheat the grill to medium heat
- 4 medium zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices
- 3 each red and yellow peppers, cut into 1/2 inch wide strips
- 1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
Mustard Chicken and Noodles

- 6 cups uncooked egg noodles about 8 oz.
- 1 tsp. each of vegetable oil and butter
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1/4 c. white wine or undiluted chicken broth(optional)
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 cup (250ml.) whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
- salt and pepper
Grilled Crab and Cheese Sandwich

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice,cayenne peeper, grated cheese, and salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
