- 1 1/3 cups chopped pretzels
- 1 1/2 packages (8 squares each) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted

- 4 skinless, center-cut salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

Corn on the Cob with Spicy Cilantro Butter

- 3 tbs unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp grated lime zest, plus wedges for serving

- 1/3 c mayonnaise
- 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
- 1 tbs EVOO
- 1 avocado, cut into thin slices

- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
