Mexican Penne with Chicken Thighs

1. Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1/2 lb uncooked penne pasta
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken thighs

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 1/2 cup salsa

1. Heat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with foil

1. Heat oven to 350. In a medium bowl combine soup, milk and undrained tomatoes; set aside

- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained (10 oz)

1. Heat oven to 375. Prepare stuffing as directed on package
- 1 box chicken stuffing mix (6 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz)

- 1 cup sliced celery
