Slow Cooker Sweet Pepper Chicken

In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil on both sides
- 6 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, halved and sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, julienned
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- Hot cooked rice

1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender, drain

1. Heat oven to 400. 2. Place the milk, cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs into three separate shallow dishes

- 2/3 cup milk

1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper
- For Chicken -
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- Panko breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
- For Sauce-
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (I used Frank's)
- 1 tbsp Frank's hot sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
