Chocolate Chip Oreo Brownies

- 1 log of chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 package Double Stuffed Oreos
- 1 box brownie mix with the chocolate syrup pouch
- 1/4 cup hot fudge topping
- Vanilla ice cream (if desired)
Cowboy Corn Dip

This corn dip recipe is so easy and takes no time at all! Perfect for parties with a big bowl of tortilla chips
- 3 (11-ounce) cans sweet corn with diced peppers, drained (also called Fiesta corn)
- 1 (7-ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 (6-ounce) can chopped jalapeno peppers, drained
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (16-ounce) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 to 3 bags of Frito Scoops or other tortilla chips
Ginger Chicken

1. Combine the coconut oil, onion and ginger in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 3 minutes
- 2 lbs chicken legs
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of diced red onion
- 1 stalk of green onion chopped.
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Macho Nachos

- 1 can refried beans
- 1 large bag white corn tortilla chips
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack
- 1 jalapeno, sliced crosswise, plus extra for garnish
- 1 can chili
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
Guinness Beef Stew

Guinness beef stew is cooked long and low which makes the meat tender and falling apart
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/4 cups Guinness Draught, divided
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast (3 to 4 pounds), trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 pound Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
Salted Milky Way Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Heat oven to 375 and place sea salt in a small dish
- 1 tub chocolate chip cookie dough (36 oz)
- 1 bag Milky Way Fun Size (11 oz)

Apricot-Lemon Chicken

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; rub mixture over chicken
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast
- Cooking spray
- 1/3 cup apricot spread
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
Mac & Cheese with Kale

1. Finely slice kale and chop garlic
- 8 oz of macaroni
- olive oil
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 dash of black pepper
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz)
- 8 About 8 stalks of kale, finely shredded, ribs removed
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup of toasted Panko (optional)
Slow Cooker Cajun Beef Chili

1. Sprinkle beef evenly with Cajun seasoning and pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
