Zucchini Bread II


This is from Debbie Cristiano and the best I have tasted.

  • 3 c flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c vegetable oil
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 1/2 c walnuts
  • 1 c raisins
  • 3 c grated zucchini
  • 1 T grated orange peel


Servings 24


Step 1

Sift the dry ingredients together (first 5 ingredients)

Mix the rest of the ingredients together well and gradually add in the dry ingredients. You can either put this into two loaf pans or I prefer to put it in a bundt cake pan. Makes a beautiful looking bread.

Bake at 350 for an hour.
