- 2 pods garlic, minced
- 1 bunch fresh baby spinach

Step 1
1. Heat oil in large skillet; add garlic and simmer on low for a few minutes; do not brown.
2. Add spinach and toss well; add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
3. Cover and steam until spinach is tender.
