Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes or 1 tablespoon hot chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 lb fresh or frozen cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • Sliced green onions, chopped fresh parsley, coriander or chives

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and chili flakes and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Add shrimp and cook, stirring often, until shrimp are bright pink and hot, 4 to 6 minutes.

Sprinkle with green onions and serve with toothpicks.
