  • 15 oz Libby's Solid Pack Pumpkin
  • 12 oz fat-free evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
  • 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Spray pie tin with PAM. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into pie plate.
Bake at 400* for 15 mins.,reduce heat to 325* for another 45 mins. or until a knife comes out clean.
