    POUNDS CHOPPED TURKEY, BREAD CRUMBS- GRATED CHEESE, BASIL, PARSLEY, 2 EGGS. MIX WITH EGGPLANT.

Directions

WET TOWEL AND SPRINKLE BREAD CRUMBS ON TOWEL. FLATTEN MIXTURE WITH ONIONS AND MOZZARELLA CHEESE WELL. BAKE 350 FOR 1 ½ HOURS JUST BEFORE MEAT LOAF IS DONE. TOP WITH TOMATO SAUCE.
