Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat an oven to 275 degrees F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. (NOTE: The smaller the better.)
3. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
4. Drizzle kale with olive oil (NOTE: Use basting brush and don't over oil.) and sprinkle with seasoning salt. (NOTE: Combine sea salt and garlic powder in small bowl. Limit to 1 tablespoon total. Careful not to over season.)
5. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.
