Rhubarb (and raspberry) Crisp

Ingredients
- 4 c. rhubarb, or use 2 c. (15 oz frozen) raspberries with 2.c. rhubarb
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Grated orange rind
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. quick oats
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, (or 1/4 tsp. allspice)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Put fruit in 9 inch dish. Combine sugar and four and mix into fruit. Sprinkle with lemon juice and orange rind.
Combine topping mixture and cut margarine with pastry blender. Sprinkle over fruit mixture and pack down lightly.
Bake about 40 min, or until rhubarb is tender. Serve warm with cream.
Can microwave on High for 14 - `16 minutes.
