  • 8 oz hearts of romaine, chopped
  • 10 brussel sprouts, peel and use the leaves
  • 2-3 avacados, chopped
  • 4 pieces of crisp bacon, chopped
  • Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette (see my recipe in my cookbooks)
