HAMBURGER Beef roulade
- 4 1/2 kg Ground beef
- 6 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 6 pk Onion soup mix
- 2 jars Smokey bbq sauce
- 6 pk Frozen spinach, defrosted
- 6 tsp Nutmeg
- 750 gr Cherry or grape tomatoes
- 600 g Mozzarella cheese, cubed
Cooking time 75mins
-Combine Ground beef, eggs and onion soup mix, mix well. Shape mixture into squares on larger baking sheet. spread with bbq sauce.
-Squeeze moisture from spinach and mix with nutmeg. Place a row of each of spinach, tomatoes and cheese down center of meat. roll up jelly roll style. place meat seam side down, seal ends of roll. Bake at 400F for 45 mins. Let rest covered 10 mins before slicing.
