Ingredients
- Zucchini Walnut Bread
- 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 4 eggs
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1 Box of Instant pudding. I used white chocolate but my recipe called for butterscotch, make it exciting and you choose
- 3 1/2 Cups of All purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp of Baking Powder
- 3 Cups Grated Zucchini
- 2 tsp Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs & gradually beat in sugar. Then add oil.
Combine dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture. Add nuts, vanilla and zucchini.
Grease and flour 2 pans or 3 small pans.
Bake on the lowest rack of the oven at 350* for 55 minutes. Time may very according to your oven. Test for doneness. Let stand for 15 minutes and remove from pans.
Freezes Well!!!!!!
