Double-Cheese Scalloped Potatoes

- 5 c. potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 c. small-curd cottage cheese
- 1-1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients except Cheddar cheese in a large bowl; spoon into a greased 13"x9" baking pan.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese; bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
