Crispy Sauteed Kale

- 1 bundle of fresh or 1/2 bag of bagged kale
- olive oil
- garlic salt

Step 1
Wash and dry the kale thoroughly. Cut into bite size pieces, removing any tough stalks.
Heat about 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a wok or non-stick skillet on high.
When the oil is hot, add the kale. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. Rotate kale leaves in the pan so they all get coated with oil and garlic salt.
Reduce heat to medium and continue sauteing and rotating until the kale cooks through and gets crispy edges.
Serve hot.
