- 4 (4-ounce) swordfish steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 4 dill sprigs

Step 1
1. Coat swordfish steaks with light coating of olive oil.
2. Slice lemons into rings and place on top of swordfish steaks.
3. Place fresh dill sprig on each swordfish steak.
4. Grill over medium-high heat, about 10 minutes, depending on thickness of steak.
