Lemongrass-Honey Glaze

  • 1/2 cup finely minced lemongrass leaves, or 1 tablespoon minced lemon zest
  • grated zest of three large lines, plus the juice
  • 1 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup finely minced ginger
  • Six cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil



Step 1

To make the glaze, combine all the Glaze ingredients and stir well. Makes 3 cups.
