Salmon with Horseradish Mayo

  • 1 lb Salmon Fillet - cut in 4 pieces
  • 2 T Chopped Shallots
  • 2 T Lite Mayo
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp. Capers
  • 1/4 cup white wine or vermouth
  • 2 T Lite Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp. freshly chopped or prepared Horseradish



Step 1

Spray shallow roasting pan with nonstick spray. Place Salmon skin side down. Sprinkle shallots over and pour wine evenly. Bake 6-8 mins. Combine other ingredients and mix well. Transfer prepared Salmon with slotted spoon to warm serving dish. Top with mayo and garnish with capers.
