Ingredients
- 1 can well drained Rotel
- 10 slices bacon, cooked, well drained, and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded 4 flavor cheeses
- 1 ⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 box of 2 prepared pie crusts.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Open pie crusts and using a 2 1⁄2 inch biscuit cutter, cut rounds and place in mini muffin tin.
Combine all other ingredients and place on pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 25 minutes, depending on oven.
Makes 24, serve at room temperature or hot from oven.
