Ingredients
- 4 tsp. lime zest (approx. 3-4 limes)
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 (14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 store bought graham cracker pie crust

Step 1
Whisk zest and yolks in a bowl. Beat in milk, then juice; pour into pie crust and set aside at room temp to thicken. Top with dollop of cool whip. Can also line crust with sliced banana before pouring in filling.
