Orange Ginger Sauce

  • 1 Quart
  • 6 medium oranges (2 1/2 cups of juice), juiced
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, shredded



Step 1

Bring the orange juice and sugar to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat stirring constantly. Add the ginger and continue to cook for 7 minutes.

Pour the sauce over grilled rib-eye steaks or roasted pork tenderloin.
