Ingredients
- Balls:
- Non-Stick Vegetable Oil Spray
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 large Eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bound crab meat, drained and well picked over.
- 24 Saltine Crackers, finely ground
- Lemon-Caper Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 1/2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 4 1/2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest.

Step 1
Balls:
Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick spray.
Whisk mayonnaise, eggs, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in bowl to blend.Gently fold in crab meat and crackers. Roll into 1 1/4 inch diameter balls. Place on prepared baking sheets Can be made 8 hours ahead, cover and chill)
Preheat broiler. Broil Crab Balls until brown and cooked through. Watching closely and avoid burning and turn once, about 5 minutes total time. Serve with Sauce.( Can be served hot or at room temp)
Sauce:
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Chill until Cold (Can be prepared one day ahead, covered and chill)
