Chicken and Wild Rice
- 2 boxes wild rice
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 cans Cream of Celery soup
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
- 6-8 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- Parmesan cheese
Place both boxes of rice and their seasoning packets in bottom of 13 x9 pan and mix. Add in 1 can of each type of soup and mix. Place chicken breasts on top of mixture and cover with remaining cans of soup. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 1 ½ - 2 hours.
