French's Crispy Lemon Fish Fillets
- 1 1/3 c French's Fried Onions
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 4 (1/2 inch thick) flounder fillets
- 1/4 c flour
Finely crush French’s Onions, Mix in lemon zest and garlic powder.
Beat eggs. For each serving, dip fish in flour. Shake off excess.
Dip fillets into egg, then coat with seasoned onion crumbs.
Bake fish 400* F for 10 min. or until fish is opaque in center.
