Linguine with Bacon, Baby Spinach and Sage

Ingredients
- 1 box linguine
- 1/4 ob. bacon, diced
- 1 med. onion, finely diced
- 1 1/3 c. chicken stock
- 3 T. chopped fresh sage leaves, or to taste
- 1/2 lb. baby spinach leaves
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Grated Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions.
In large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon 4-5 minutes or until desired crispness.
Add onion and sauté 5-6 minutes or until onion is tender.
Stir in chicken stock and sage; simmer 1-2 minutes.
Add spinach and cook until spinach just wilts.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Toss linguine with sauce and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
