Ingredients

  • 3

    lbs. of Round Eye Steak

  • 1

    bottle of your favorite marinade

  • 1

    8oz.block of creme cheese

  • 1

    Package of precooked bacon

  • 1

    Bell Pepper

  • 1

    Onion

  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

  • Garlic Powder (to taste)

Directions

1. Marinate beef for at least one hour 2. Chop pepper and onion into large chunks 3. Slice beef thinly into 2" strips 4. Spread cream cheese over beef 5. Place one slice of bacon on beef 6. Roll beef strip up 7. Place chunk of pepper and Onion on top of beef and secure with toothpick 8. Grill or bake in oven (400 degrees) until beef reaches desired temp. 9. Serve immediately
