Ingredients
- 1.5 cups pureed pumpkin
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cream (use all milk if desired)

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min to cook crust and reduce to 350 degrees for 50-60 min
Makes 1 large pie. I double recipe and make 2 pies and there is always a bit left over to cook without a pie crust.
