Ingredients

  • 1 qt can 100% pure pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 yellow cake mix (box)
  • 2 sticks salted butter
  • whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix well: pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg

Pour into dish and drizzle yellow cake mix all over top.

Melt 2 sticks salted butter and drizzle over cake

Bake 1 hour.

Serve with whipped cream
