Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room
- 2 c sugar
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 cup
- GLAZE
- 2 c confectioners sugar
- 1 tbsp buttermilk
- 2 or 4 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven at @350 degree, grease bundt pan
Sift 3 c flour with baking powder, salt in large bowl. In a small bowl, combine lemon jice, vanilla and buttermilk.
In a second large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and lemon zest until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add about 1/4 of flour mixture, follwed by 1/4 of buttermmilk mixture mixing until incorporated. Continue until all the wet and dry ingrediants are mixed. Gently fold in blueberries. Transfer batter to pan, spreading evenly.
Bake 1 hour, let cake cook and then make the glaze.
