- 1 Zucchini, Cut Into Slices 3" To 4" Long And 1/2" Wide
- 2 Eggs
- 1 TBSP Milk
- 1-1/2 c Panko Bread Crumbs
- Salt, Pepper And Garlic Powder, To Taste

Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 425ºF and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or other non-stick mat (parchment paper, non-stick foil).
2.Pour flour into a plastic bag and add zucchini. Shake bag to coat zucchini evenly with flour.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk. Set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, combine Panko, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Coat zucchini with egg wash, followed by the combined dry ingredients. Bread twice for a crispier zucchini stick.
5.Place on a baking sheet and bake for 14-17 minutes, until golden brown
