  • 1 cup plus 3 TBSP OJ
  • 6 TBSP dried craisins
  • 3 1/2 TBSP oil
  • 2 TBSP white vinegar
  • 1 TBSP grated orange peel
  • 6 cups mescalin greens
  • 3 peeled and cut oranges
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)



Step 1

In small pan simmer 1 cup of orange juice
remove from heat and add craisins
let sit for 20 minutes, drain OJ and keep craisins aside

whisk oil, vinegar,orange peel and remaining TBSP of OJ small bowl
add craisins and put in refrigerator

room temp for 1 hour before
