Pumpkin Dump Cake

  • 1 15oz. can pumpkin puree
  • 1 10oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. coarsely crushed graham crackers and/or pecans
  • 1/2 c. toffee bits (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° and spray 9x13" baking pan with non-stick spray. In a large bowl combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine and pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle entire box of cake mix on top, followed by the graham crackers, nuts and toffee chips. Pour melted butter evenly on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is set and edges are lightly browned.
