MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 small can of mandarin oranges
- Icing:
- 1 small container of Cool Whip
- 1 large can of crushed pineapple
- 1 small box of vanilla pudding mix

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges. Beat on low speed for 1 minute and 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13" cake pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Cool.
Icing:
Combine pineapple and pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cooled cake and refrigerate.
