Ingredients

    lb beef brisket

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1/4

    tsp pepper

  • 1

    16 oz can cranberry sauce

  • 1

    8 oz can tomato sauce

  • 1

    med onion chopped

  • 1

    tbsp mustard

Directions

1. Trim excess fat from beef. Rub surface of beef with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot 2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef 3. Cook on low heat 8-10 hours until beef is tender 4. Cut beef across grain into slices
