Ingredients
- 1 pkg buttermilk cornbread Mix
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 2 Tab mayonaise
- 3 green onions
- 3 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tab copped parsley
- 1 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 foil pouches herb &garlic Tuna
- 3 Tab. butter
- 3 Tbs. veg oil
- 1 .Heat oven 425. combine cornbread mix and Milk.
- 2 .Bake 425 degrees Sg.8 inch pan. 15 Mins.
- 3 . Stir in Mayonaise and next 5 ingredients.
- 4 . Crumble cornbread, 2 cups, Fold cornbread crumbs and Tuna and into Mayonaise mixture, Blend Shape into patties. Cook in butter/olive oil 2-3 mins. per side. Serve with Aioli Sauce.
- Lemon Aioli
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp lemon Zest
- 1 Tab lemon juice, fresh
- 1/4 tsp.salt & pepper
- combine,chill.will keep 3 days
