  • Cake:
  • 3 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1

Cake:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease and flour tube pan.
3. Beat all ingredients on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
4. Beat 3 minutes.
5. Spread in pan.
6. Bake 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan.
8. Cool completely on rack.

Glaze:
9. Beat powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth.
10. Drizzle on cooled cake.
