Grilled Pineapple with Nutella

• 2 whole pineapples
• 2/3 cup Nutella
• 6 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 pint Mascarpone cheese
• 2 tablespoons vanilla
• 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slice pineapple into 1/2" rings and place pineapple on grill.
2. Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Put Nutella in bowl, add cream and mix together and place in microwave for 1 minute.
4. Mix Mascarpone and vanilla in dish.
5. Layer pineapple in dish, pouring Nutella mixture over top.
6. Top with Mascarpone mixture and hazelnuts.
