- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Cup Fresh Cranberries
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 Cage Free Egg
- 4 tbsp Xylitol
- Zest of 2 Oranges

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
I large mixing bowl, combine everything but egg and zest. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg. combine egg with almond flour mixture. Mix all ingredients with your hands. Add orange zest and continue mixing. Form dough into two circles, approx. 1/4 inch thick to look like mini pizzas. They should be about 6 inches across. Place on parchment paper and cut each circle like a pizza into 6 or 8 slices. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Cool and serve
